QUESTIONS
Why do I need your services if I already have an attorney?
Most attorneys specialize in the practice of the law and represent clients in legal matters.  They are not normally experienced with conducting private investigations and will hire or ask the client to hire the services of a licensed private investigator. If you have an attorney, and you retain the services of a private investigator through your attorney, the investigator's reports are protected from disclosure to the opposition.  If the attorney and investigator relationship is properly established, the investigator's association in a case is privileged communication and is normally protected from disclosure.  If you decide to hire a private investigator on your own and you have an attorney, the results of the private investigator's work may be reviewed by your attorney. In most cases you may save money by hiring an investigator yourself since many attorneys mark up the fee the agency charges to the attorney.

Sometimes the information generated is contrary to what the client hopes to find.  We cannot guarantee results.  We can only guarantee that we will provide all the necessary information and documentation that is necessary to complete your investigation. We will do everything we can to reach the intention of the investigation and operate in a discreet manner while representing you in your case.

Can you offer legal advice?
We are not attorneys.  Though we are very knowledgeable of the laws governing our actions, any advice we give concerning the direction or outcome of your case is only our opinion and any legal decisions should be approved by the legal representative you may have.

Are you available for pro bono work?
We do work for battered women shelters and others in desperate need. There are many investigators out there that will help free of charge when they can, but you shouldn't expect it. Please do not ask for help by calling on your $500.00 cell phone or by sending an email on your $2000.00 computer.

Why don't you list your clients and references like the others in your field?
A word about references.

Anybody can give you a reference.  We do not. Our client's privacy is absolute. If you were referred to us, then we feel that is our best reference. If you are looking for privacy and confidentiality and then we are your company. To begin to give you an idea of our security measures, each case is assigned a unique voice password and our investigators sign a Non-Disclosure for each investigation.
